Rose and Turmeric Latte
1 glass almond or coconut drain
1 inch crisp turmeric root, stripped and generally cleaved
Seeds from 2 cardamom cases, pounded
Squeeze of naturally ground dark pepper
1 to 2 tablespoons rose water
1 teaspoon coconut oil
1 teaspoon crude nectar or maple syrup, to taste
Dried flower petals, to embellish (discretionary)
Place the almond or coconut drain in a blender with the turmeric, cardamom, pepper, rose water, and coconut oil. Mix to join. Warm in a little pan to a light stew if drinking warm. Kill the warmth and improve with nectar or maple syrup to taste. Drink cool or warm, embellished with flower petals.
